When standard treatment isn’t enough, Parthenia offers something more personal. Our private Los Angeles residence offers highly personalized medical detox and residential care for alcohol addiction, substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. It is an intimate setting where discretion, clinical depth, and genuine attention to you come first.
Nothing here is a preset program. Your care is shaped around who you are, including medical stabilization, psychiatric care, therapy, nutrition, recovery support, and the rhythm of your days. As you heal and your needs change, your plan changes with you.
Parthenia is supported by one of Legacy Healing Center’s most clinically advanced teams and led by nationally recognized addiction specialist Dr. Ash Bhatt. Our medical, psychiatric, and clinical professionals work side by side to understand your whole story. That includes the addiction itself, mental health symptoms, medications, physical health, past trauma, and anything else that may be standing in the way of recovery.
Depending on your clinical needs, treatment may include EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, medication management, and other specialized, evidence-based approaches. If you are facing both substance use and a mental health condition, dual diagnosis care treats them together in one coordinated plan, so neither is left behind.
Parthenia feels like a beautiful private home, with the structure and clinical oversight of an advanced treatment environment. Because the setting is small, we can offer greater discretion, more one-on-one attention, and an experience that respects your preferences, responsibilities, and personal circumstances.
Thoughtfully appointed accommodations, chef-prepared meals, restorative spaces, and personalized wellness support give you room to rest and focus on your health, without the institutional feel of a traditional treatment center.
Recovery doesn’t end when residential treatment does, so we plan for what comes next from the beginning. As you progress, your clinical team builds a continuing-care plan around your recovery needs, mental health, home life, responsibilities, and long-term goals.
When it makes sense for you, that plan may include step-down treatment, outpatient care, ongoing therapy, psychiatric support, sober living, alumni resources, or other structured support. Our goal isn’t just for you to complete treatment. It’s for you to leave with a realistic plan to stay steady, protect the progress you’ve worked for, and return to your life with more clarity and confidence.
